The Lois Jeans is expanding their team and is looking for a Financial Administrator. As part of Lois’s financial team, the Financial Administrator supports all teams in their administrative processes. The ideal candidate is accurate, proactive and able to work independently. 


In the position of Financial Administrator, you will work closely with the finance, operations and credit control departments, taking responsibility for the accuracy and precision of the entire administrative process of the brand.

Job Description:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative activities.

  • Manage internal approval process of accounts payable.

  • Control general ledger

  • Follow up various matters with our accountants

Profile:

  • MBO degree in financial or business administration

  • Basic bookkeeping knowledge

  • Fluent in Dutch and English

  • A team player and a pro-active independent at the same time
