Return Policy

Option 1 - Return online

To return your purchase, please follow the steps below.

1. Place the item(s) with all original tags attached back in the reusable packaging if possible and make sure to close securely.
2. Request your return via the ‘Request Return’ button below. You will be transferred to our return portal.
3. Follow the instructions in the return portal for the final steps.

Option 2 - Physical return form

1. Keep the delivery note attached to your original package.
2. Place the item(s) with all original tags attached back in the reusable packaging if possible and make sure to close securely.
3. Send the parcel to:

4. Save your tracking information until we confirm your return.

Items may be returned in its original state within 14 days after receiving your order. Please note that the costs of returns and exchanges will be at your own expense.
