Sales representative

SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Fulltime (40 hours per week) - Norway

Established in Spain in 1962, Lois Jeans became the first European fashion jeans brand to conquer the world. Even though their fits are crafted with years of expertise in Spain, Lois is designed in the heart of Amsterdam, where they continue to refine and create the perfect fit for a lifetime. 

We're looking for a competitive, hard-working, and goal-oriented Sales Representative to join our team in Norway. As a sales representative, you will focus on identifying business opportunities and driving new sales in your area. You will also be responsible for the business relationship with the customers in your portfolio. Success in this position means effectively matching Lois Jeans with the right customers. It also involves consistently building strong industry relationships and achieving set business goals.

Key responsibilities


Customer management

  • Liaise with existing customers to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
  • Follow up on customer queries and ensure timely and accurate responses.
  • Help build and maintain strong customer relationships.


Lead Generation and prospecting

  • Identifying and approaching potential customers via different channels (telephone, e-mail, social media, etc.).
  • Supporting the sales team in generating new leads and scheduling appointments.
  • Contribute to expanding the customer base.


Sales support

  • Assisting in the preparation of quotations, proposals and contracts.
  • Maintaining sales data and preparing reports for the sales team.
  • Support in the organization of sales meetings and presentations.


Administrative duties

  • Manage customer information in the CRM system and ensure accurate and up-to-date data.
  • Coordinating shipments and deliveries in collaboration with logistics and customer service.
  • Taking care of administrative tasks related to the sales processes.


Training and Development

  • Actively participate in training programs and sales education to improve product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Continue to learn about market trends and competition to effectively respond to customer needs.

 

About you

  • 2+ years of proven experience in direct sales and representation with a strong track record of success in the fashion industry.
  • A strong work ethic and ability to think critically
  • Can think on your feet in a conversation and answer unexpected questions with ease and confidence
